Sourced at the source
We buy in the growing belts rather than through layers of resale, so variety, crop year and condition are known before the lot reaches our floor.
Rajkot · Gujarat · India
Annadhara means the flowing stream of food. We source pulses, grains and spices from the growing belts of Gujarat — then clean, grade and colour-sort them until every consignment is uniform, clean and ready for your pack.
Who we are
We are a family-run agro trading house in Rajkot, working directly with growers and commission agents across Saurashtra. Our job is simple and unglamorous: take what the field gives, and return it to you clean, consistent and honestly described.
We buy in the growing belts rather than through layers of resale, so variety, crop year and condition are known before the lot reaches our floor.
Every lot is opened, sieved and examined by hand before dispatch. Moisture, foreign matter and broken percentage are stated plainly in the offer.
Packing format, marking, documentation and loading are confirmed in writing before the truck leaves. What we agree is what arrives.
The range
Indicative lines only — availability, variety, grade and packing are confirmed against each enquiry.

Whole and split, cleaned and graded for uniform size and colour — the backbone of a daily kitchen.
Explore
De-stoned and aspirated grain for mills, bakeries and wholesale — consistent from bag to bag.
Explore
Aromatic whole spices, sorted for colour and hands-cleaned for stem and stone before packing.
ExploreHow it moves
Four stages between the field and the bag. Nothing is skipped, and nothing is described as better than it is.
Lots are chosen in the belt for variety, crop year and condition, then sampled before purchase.
De-stoning, aspiration and sieving remove dust, chaff, stones and light foreign matter.
Size and density grading separates the lot into clear, sellable grades with a stated specification.
Optical colour sorting, then packing to your format — bulk bags, retail pouches or your own brand.
Why Annadhara
Buyers do not need adjectives — they need moisture, count, broken percentage and a photograph of the actual lot. We work that way, and we would rather lose an order than overstate a consignment.
“Food is a promise before it is a product. We keep the promise small and keep it exactly.”Chetna Dhaduk · Director
